Q. Who are Hippo Rewards?

A. Hippo Rewards is a privately owned company, Goal Reacher LLC, who specializes in online marketing promotions.

Q. Who can join?

A. Any resident of USA, over the age of 18.  

Q. How do I join?

A. Simply fill in the membership form by clicking Join Now – Its Free!

Q. Why do you ask so much information in the signup form?

A. In order for us to send you targeted promotions and make your user experience that much more enjoyable, we need to know a little bit of information about you.  

Q. Is my information I provide secure?

A. Absolutely. We will not sell you information to any third party. All email communication from our site is strictly sent by us.

Q. Can I change my account information?

A. Yes, simply login and client My Account and change any information you wish in this area.

Q. Can I cancel my account?

A. Yes, you may do this at anytime by notifying us via the Contact Us form.  

Q. Do I need to verify my membership?

A. Yes, unless you do, we will not consider you a member and you cannot earn reward points.  

Q. I joined but didn’t receive my confirmation email, what do I do?

A. Firstly check your junk folder. If there, add us onto your safe list so you receive future emails. If it is not there, simply Contact Us and we will look into it.

Q. Can I have multiple accounts?

A. Strictly NO. If you are caught doing this your membership on all accounts with us will be immediately terminated.

Q. How do I change my email address?

A. Login under My Account and you will be able to do this.

Q. I have lost my password, what do I do?

A. Please use the Request Password form under the My Account section.

Earning Rewards

Q. What do I do to make sure I get credited reward points?

A. The first thing to do is make sure you are logged in as a member. If you are not, you will NOT get credited reward points. Please ensure you have cookies enabled.

Q. What can I earn reward points on?

A. There are many ways to earning reward points.

  • Shopping – by buying goods and services of listed partners we have – there are many to choose from.
  • Surveys – filling in short market research forms which help companies with information about their product range or services.
  • Competitions – many companies run competitions as part of their brand awareness. Participating in these is a quick way to earn great points.
  • Special Promotions – from time to time we will have clients who offer special promotions. We encourage members to participate if you like the product and earn points on the way through.
  • Refer A Friend – if you like our service, you are free to refer others and we will reward you for this. There is a limit of referring 25 friends.
  • Rapid Polls – partners of ours will from time to time want very quick responses to questions they have. This is a very quick way to earn points.
  • Free Stuff – some of our partners will have free stuff to offer our members. By participating, you will not only get some freebies, you will also earn reward points.
  • Free Trial/Sample Offers – some companies chose to offer a free trial offer to get you to interact with their product or service.

Q. I have participated in an activity but my points have not shown up?

A. You will have received a confirmation email from the activity you participated in. You will be required to send us this email in order for you to gain your points. We will need to verify this with our partner.  

Q. Do my Reward Points Expire?

A. Yes, after 18 months in which case you should have been able to redeem your points if you have been actively using our service. If you do not use your account within a 9 month period we will terminate your account. We would like active members using our program please.

Q. Can I transfer points from a friends account into mine?

 A. No, under no circumstances is this allowed.

Q. Why are my points taking so long to show up in my account?

A. Points are usually processed within 24-48 hours however, depending on which activity you participated in, it can take up to 3 months for some points to show up.  

Redeeming Points

Q. How do I redeem my points?

A. Points will be subtracted from the members account if they wish to redeem points and only when a minimum threshold is met the redemption request will be accepted. Redemption Request will be reviewed on the 1st of each month..

Q So I have reached the minimum level, what do I do now?

A. Click the Redeem Points tab and follow the instructions. We will issue you a gift card that you can redeem for thousands of products.  

Q. Where can I use my Gift Card?

A. You can use your gift card to buy from literally thousands of different products via Amazon.com.
