Hippo Rewards Terms and Conditions

  1. Hippo Rewards is owned and operated by Goal Reacher LLC, PO Box 10061, Jackson, WY 83002.  

  2. If you accept these terms and conditions you will be entitled to become a member of the reward programme and earn Hippo Rewards Reward points when participating in promotional campaigns, surveys, competitions or any other promotion within our partner network. The submission of your Hippo Rewards application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Your reward points can be used to purchase the redeemed rewards that are available.


  4. Membership of the rewards programme is limited to those who provided the necessary details during volunteer registration. You must be 18 years or older to enrol as a member. You may not use another person’s name or information to receive reward points from our website.

  5. On acceptance of your registration, you will be able to login using you password and email id you used for signing up on our website and will be allocated a membership number and an account with that number will be set up for you. You will be able to monitor the balance of your reward points by logging in to your account online. You are responsible for monitoring the security of your account.

  6. We reserve the right to vary or cancel any registration incentives (such as free rewards points) without notice.

  7. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend your membership at any time in the event of breach of these conditions or for any good reason. You agree to only have one membership account. Any duplicate accounts found will result in both memberships being cancelled and any reward points within immediately withdrawn. The information you provide us must be current, accurate, valid and truthful. You must keep your information up to date.

  8. How to earn POINTS

  9. If you are a member, you will be able to earn points when purchasing goods and services from our partner network. You can also earn points by participating in promotional campaigns, surveys, competitions and by receiving emails from us.

  10. All goods and services sold by our partners are sold under their normal terms and conditions and partners are responsible for delivery of goods and provision of services. You will need to tender payment (e.g. by credit or debit card) in the normal way if applicable. Rewards points will be determined after postage, delivery costs have been taken from the total consideration.

  11. Points may only be earned on those products and subject to those qualifications that are notified to you from time to time. You agree that there may be delays in crediting you your rewards.   12. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary any offer published by us through any medium, without notice. The rewards program involves the payment of commission to us by participating retailers in respect of your approved transactions for which we credit you with reward points.

  13. If you fail to correctly follow any required instructions or conditions it may result in us not issuing you any reward points. You agree to have no recourse against us for this or to our partners for any reversals. Hippo Rewards also reserves the right to cancel any personas membership (and subsequent reward points) if we suspect that the member has violated our terms and conditions.

  14. We accept no liability for any of the acts or omissions of our partners in providing the goods and services detailed in any publishing or advertising medium, including the withdrawal, postponement or amendment of their offers.  

  15. Redeeming of Points

  16. The number of points required to redeem may vary at any time without notice.

  17. Reward points will be exchange for gift cards via We will not be responsible if incorrect account details are offered. It is the member’s responsibility to keep this information up to date. No recourse will be held against Hippo Rewards where a gift card has been sent to an incorrect email address where it has been due to the member not keeping their information up to date.

  18. Points will be subtracted from the members account if they wish to redeem points and only when a minimum threshold of USD50, AUD50, CAD50 ,INR  3000 or UK25 pounds is available to be redeemed. Payments will be reviewed on the 1st of each month.

  19. Members must notify us via email that they wish to redeem Reward points as it is not automated.

  20. If there has been a breach of these conditions, or for any other good reason, we may refuse to process an order for rewards.

  21. Points do not have a monetary value and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming designated rewards on our site as advertised. Points cannot be transferred, bartered, auctioned or sold under any circumstance. Membership will be immediately terminated if any member is found doing this. In even of members death No family members, relatives or friends can claim the points. Membership and points will be terminated upon member’s death. 

    Products Availability

  22. All rewards are subject to promotional availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or vary any offer in any way without prior notice. If you make a claim for a product which has been withdrawn or which cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, you will be entitled to reinstatement of the points deducted from your account. 

  23. Deliveries of Rewards
  24. Our operation involves payment of commissions to us by our partners. If we have not been paid commission amounts owing, we cannot credit your account accordingly. While every effort will be made to make sure payment is made but Hippo Rewards accepts no responsibility to credit your account reward points should we not receive payment from our partner.

  25. Only approved transactions will be credited as reward points to the member’s account where the member has acted within both Hippo Rewards and the participating partner’s terms and conditions.

  26. You agree to enable your cookies and you must be logged in as a member and click on the appropriate Hippo Rewards link to earn your reward points. Failure to do this may result in you not earning your reward points.

  27. Rewards are subject to change at any time without notice.

  28. If goods are returned or leads are reversed by our partners, Hippo Rewards reserves the right to reverse any reward points which have been credited.

  29. Unless otherwise specified, transfer will normally take place within 7-14 days of receipt of your redemption. In some instances, it may take up to 3 months for you to get credited your reward points. We will endeavour to contact you if there is an unexpected delay.

  30. Non-receipt of reward points will be investigated if this is notified to us within two months of the date of the delivery.

    Limitation of liability

  31. You as a member, agree to release Hippo Rewards, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim for loss, damage or liability, including special indirect or consequential loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of systems or loss of data, in respect of, any survey invitation or advertising emails sent to you; your membership of the Service; your use of or inability to use Hippo Rewards network; any dispute with a supplier of goods and/or services or the quality of goods and/or services purchased by you;

  32. You indemnify and keep indemnified Hippo Rewards, its parents, subsidiaries, and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims (including third party claims), demands, damages, costs (including legal costs), penalties or suits caused by or arising out of or consequential upon your membership of the Service or your use of the network.

  33. The liability of Hippo Rewards under this rewards programme is restricted to delivery of their goods or services ordered under their normal terms and conditions (or with regard to rewards, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this rewards programme and subject to any delivery information available at the time that a rewards offer is accepted).

  34. Where goods or services are ordered from our partners they will be responsible for delivery. You accept that in some cases there may be a delay or failure to credit h rewards points to your account due to a participating retailer's failure to provide information to us. We will use all reasonable endeavours to recover rewards points for non-tracked transactions however we will have no responsibility or liability for such delay or failure.

  35. Hippo Rewards is responsible for the allocation of reward points to you and deduction of points in respect of any order for rewards made by you in response to any offer published by us.

  36. No representations are made regarding any personal tax liability arising as a result of your participation in the rewards programme.

    Disclaimer of Warranty

  37. You acknowledge that you have not relied upon or been induced by any representation by us and that we make no warranty or representation as to: the results that may be obtained through membership of the service; the accuracy, reliability or otherwise of any information obtained through membership of the service; the financial or other rewards which may be obtained through membership of the service; the service or network being uninterrupted, timely or error free; the goods and/or services purchased or obtained through the service or network, including goods and or services offered by third parties, except where expressly indicated. 


  38. When participating in any Hippo Rewards promotions, you must answer accurately, truthfully and take care with all responses. You must not sign up for an offer then immediately cancel it nor sign up with fake data. Any member found doing this will have their membership immediately cancelled and all reward points forfeited from their account.

  39. You must not use Hippo Rewards in a way that is for any purpose unlawful or that engages on hacking, tampering or abusing any system or computer network. You must not use robots or any other device which may fraud our network or service in order to accrue reward points. Hippo Rewards has a zero tolerance policy in regards to this and has sole discretion to terminate your membership.

  40. If a member’s account has been inactive for a period of 9 months, Hippo Rewards reserves the right to inactivate the members account.  We are not responsible for notifying the members that their account has been made inactive and reward points will be also made inactive once an underlying account is made inactive.

  41. If the rewards programme is terminated, we will provide a period to allow you to spend your points on goods and services. After this period has expired, your account will be closed and no further redemptions will be allowed. 


  42. All information volunteered as part of this reward programme will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be available to the reward programme and Hippo Rewards. The reward programme will from time to time introduce to you product offers from the partner network, however these third parties will not have access to your personal information. 

  43. We will rake all reasonable precautions and measures to maintain the security and privacy of your personal information.

    Referral of a Friend

  44. Any one member may only refer up to 25 friends.

  45. Credit to your account for referring a friend will only be given if the referred person is not already a member and has never been a member of Hippo Rewards. The referred person must be eligible to join and a legitimate email address must be given. Hippo Rewards reserves the right to reverse any points awarded for referring a friend if it suspects the referral to be fraudulent in any way.

  46. Under no circumstances are you to incentivise Hippo Rewards referring a friend scheme. Any member caught doing this will have their account terminated and any reward points under their account forfeited.

    General conditions

  47. Hippo Rewards reserves the right to refuse your application to your our service if you have been previously cancelled as a member.

  48. Customer support is not contactable by phone. Members agree to check to see if their question can be answered using the terms and conditions page or by using the contact us form. A response is usually made within 2 business days.

  49. When you sign up as a member to Hippo Rewards, you consent to us sending you promotional emails, with or without incentives. Emails may include (but not limited to): advertising emails, verification or validation emails, account statements, important notices about our service and your use of our service, order confirmations, administrative announcements, requests for additional information from you or responses to customer services enquiries you have made.

  50. Any printed statements made by us regarding this rewards programme form part of these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may be applied from time to time for particular benefits or product offers.

  51. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, or to withdraw, restrict or terminate the rewards programme at any time. Other card products may also be launched from time to time and their terms and conditions will be advised at the time of launch.

  52. All unused reward points will expire after an 18 month period from signup unless redeemed prior to this time.

  53. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA under the rules of the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  54. Any personal data provided by you to us under this rewards programme will be used to administer and service your membership of the rewards programme in accordance with the privacy statement as stated above. Additionally, Hippo Rewards may use your personal data for the purposes of its other membership schemes, for the purposes of any customer relationship with you and for marketing and communication purposes outside of this rewards programme. Registering under the rewards programme constitutes your consent for processing your personal data for the purposes indicated and reasonable purposes ancillary to those objectives and each transaction entered into by you under the rewards programme constitutes your continuing affirmation of such consent.

  55. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
